Flatlay: Burgundy Booties

I just received these booties in the mail the other day, and couldn’t wait to share! I’ve wanted a pair of burgundy booties for awhile, and passed them up last fall. This year I wasn’t going to let them pass me by! These same booties actually come in 9 color options total, and the style itself is pretty awesome – I love how unique they are! I do recommend going down 1/2 size. I ordered my regular size, and although they do fit, I feel like they are a tad loose in the heel. I added an insert to the bottom which did fix the issue, but who wants to do that if you don’t have to, right?

  1. Hi Kecia, I have been following you for a few months and I love your style. I live in TX, so our weather is similar.
Can you please share the insert you used in your booties? I ordered my normal “Lucky size”, because I find the arch hits me in the right place in one size in Lucky Brand.
I can’t wait to see the many ways you style these booties over Fall.

    1. Hi Wanda! Thank you so much! I just buy the heel liners by Dr. Scholl’s you can get at Walmart or any convenience store! I would not recommend the clear gel kind, only because they sometimes make a ‘squeaky’ sound rubbing against your heel. They make other versions that have a fabric material. I also have inserts for my work shoes that I used in the booties and that seems to tighten things up also (even though the insert is just on the bottom of the bootie) – that might work better for you with your arch. So many options, I hope you find one that works! <3
