Casual Style: Summer Dress

Happy Monday friends! I hope you all had a great weekend! I feel pretty refreshed before my work week kicks off tomorrow. It’s a big one – I work the next 7 out of 8 days – so I might not get to all of my regularly scheduled posts. The benefit is I’ll have several days off in a row once I get through the 8 days. Plusses and minuses I guess!

I wanted to share this cute & affordable dress from Prime today. It’s a new arrival from the 2021 season and I love the mixed print and colorway. There are quite a few other print options available also. Sizing is a little tough. I’m a true 6/28 pant size so I sometimes take a small or medium depending on the fit of the dress. Since this dress is flowy, I went with my top size which is a small. The dress fits very well, but I could see if you have a larger chest size than I would go up one size. I also have thicker arms and therefore the dress doesn’t fit me like the model – ha! Anyway, size up one if you are larger in the chest/arm are like myself!

This dress might be a little short for work (I’m 5’2″), but would be perfect for summer days spent with friends, at lunch, cookouts, etc! I’ve also already worn and washed this dress so this is the length after a wash. Overall, a great Prime find if you love to shop there!
