Amazon Review: Blooming Jelly

Hi everyone! Today’s blog post is dedicated toward the review of one of my favorite Amazon brands called Blooming Jelly. I was given the opportunity to review one of their dresses earlier this year, and now again with another new product – this cute jumpsuit!

I wanted to provide a couple of different styled looks, so you can see how it tucks into a skirt and also jeans/pants. It’s definitely a great staple to have in your closet this fall if you like jumpsuits!

Overall, I would definitely give this jumpsuit a positive review! I love the button detail on the front, it’s a little thicker material ( I didn’t feel uncomfortable since I don’t have a flat stomach), and the fit was as expected. I’m wearing a size medium. I would go with whatever your swimsuit size is. I usually wear a size XS/S in tops and size 6 in jeans/skirts. The medium was roomy enough I didn’t feel like it clung to all the “wrong” spots haha!

There are a couple of cons I should also mention. I’m pretty short (only 5’2″) and the bodysuit fit me pretty much perfectly in length. I’m not sure it would fit someone taller than 5’5″ very easily unless they required a larger size to begin with and the bodysuit goes up in length as you go up in size.

The second con is there are buttons in the crotch area, which should make wearing a jumpsuit easy to go to the bathroom and take on/off, so you don’t have to get naked just to take a wee! ha! But, for whatever reason, the manufacturer made the buttons connect closer to the backside than the front. That’s somewhat hard to explain, but I don’t think I could comfortably un hook the buttons myself and then would struggle to get them buttoned up again (because my arms aren’t long enough to reach that far LOL). Perhaps that’s a personal problem. 😉

Overall, very cute jumpsuit, and for $20, a fall staple in your closet that will make an easy basic piece to layer! See below for my first post with Blooming Jelly and their cute leopard dress!
