Casual Style: Flutter Sleeve Top
Hi friends! Talk about a whirlwind of a last week or so! I knew things were going to get busy because I worked the last 7 out of 8 days. But then I had a crap day at work right in the beginning of my 7 day stint and it just ruined my vibe for the rest of the week. I really hate that! And then I think I just got really run down and developed a sinus-y infection (not saying the “C” word! lol!). I feel a lot better today, but that facial pain/headache that comes with sinus infections are the worst! And so I slept the day away yesterday on my first day off work in awhile.
The one day I did have off work – this past Monday – we had our walkthrough for our new house! Everything is good to go and looks like we will close tomorrow morning! I’m so ready. I say this as the children whom live above us practice what sounds like Flashback dances and total body slams into the floor. Oy. I truly need some peace and quiet for awhile lol! We plan to move into our house next Friday and through the weekend. That being said don’t be surprised if I disappear again for a bit ~ but promise I’ll be back! Florida hit the 90s this past week, so we are in full summer mode. However, air conditioning is also going full throttle inside businesses, so bring on the sweaters – ha!
I’ve shown this top before in a flatlay outfit, and here it is styled! Such a cute top! The details are on point from the flutter sleeves, embroidery, and slight peplum silhouette. Right now my top and necklace are 40% off for Memorial Day sales!
*sizing: I’m wearing my regular petite size (small-petite) which in my normal LOFT size for tops. I feel like LOFT always runs a little large in tops/tees so I would say if you are in between sizes in other brands, size down. Reviews claim the top runs large, but I feel like those are reviews left by folks whom may not shop LOFT frequently. My normal size for the brand fits perfectly!
