Fall Style: Black & Leopard

Hi friends! Today I’m sharing a couple of items from an Amazon brand called “Goory.” One of their brand Ambassadors reached out to me last week and asked if I would review a couple of items – of course I said yes! I love Amazon fashion finds!

They sent me two basic pieces from their store – a black swing dress and v-neck waffle pullover. While I usually prefer bright color and prints, it gave me an opportunity to share a couple ideas styling black & leopard together, which is one of my favorite fall trends!

Dress:

Up first is this v-neck swing dress. It comes in 10 color options, including a pretty red for the holidays! It has the trendy swing fit that is so popular right now and easily taken in with a belt. The fit is generous and while I’m wearing a size small, I could have probably sized down one if an XS was available. This seems typical with the dress trends this season.

Other features are the lantern sleeves and this dress also has pockets! I mean… that right there…. Lol! The end of the sleeves have elastic, which I like better than bell sleeves. The length works well for my height and the v-neck is comfortable, but I wouldn’t want it to be any more deep then it already is. Overall, I would say this is a really cute, casual & comfortable dress that is easily dressed up with accessories!

V-neck waffle pullover:

Next is this waffle pullover sweater. There are 3 color options available – black, beige, and a wine-red color that is very pretty! Overall I would say this top is very good quality. It’s not flimsy and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The v-neck was surprisingly not too deep for my short frame, however the length is very much more like a tunic fit on me (see picture below).

So for my petite friends, this one is best worn with skinny jeans or leggings. I actually would like to pair this top with a colored legging, maybe burgundy, and a pair of sneakers for a fun weekend look! The fit is generous also. I’m wearing a size small.
