Flatlay: Tartan Plaid + Olive

Happy Monday friends! Today’s post is celebrating one of holiday’s favorite prints ~ tartan plaid! Namely the red kind! I usually pick up a couple of new holiday plaid pieces every year, because the new trends are always different. This year, everything trendy has ruffles and/or big sleeves. My top below has the tiny ruffles and is very on trend. It was an insta-add to my cart!

I saw an outfit inspiration from a J.Crew ad recently featuring a similar colored top with olive chinos and knew I needed to give it a try myself! I paired my new top with a skirt instead, but any sort of olive colored bottom would work. I added a little leopard for good measure. 🙂
