J.Crew Factory New Arrivals ~ December 2021
Hi everyone! Happy Christmas Eve! It’s so nice to find myself back here in this tiny creative space of mine – I honestly took some time off from blogging after Turkey Day. Florida cools down and then heats right back up, making it not so fun to see all the fun holiday scarves, coats, booties, etc. that I can never wear. It makes me miss Indiana this time of year!…. until January 1st that is. Then I want all the sunshine! I would make the perfect “snowbird” as we call them in Florida lol!
However, I’ve had some renewed energy this week. Christmas is tomorrow (I’m ready!), I have a few days off from work, and after our strange gulf storm this past week – it’s now sunny, crisp, and beautiful outside! I’ve started jogging again also (well, let’s not get ahead of ourselves… I’ll call it a walk/jog haha… I’m out of shape!), and while I’ve always been one to workout in the mornings, I love, love being outside jogging – that whole ‘runner’s high’ you hear about? …. It’s a very real thing! Gives me all the good vibes. 🙂
So here we are with new arrivals! Still a winter vibe, but with a spring touch I’d say! I wanted to share some finds from the J.Crew Factory release a couple days ago – I’m loving so many things! On trend for 2021, some things are on backorder. I’ve added a few things to my wish list just so I don’t forget about them, but I know it’s the way of the world right now. Below are some outfit creations using items at the top of my list!
I love that this sweater appears warm, and perfect for when it’s still cold outside, but has the slight feel of spring with the lighter hues. It also has a caramel coloring in the pattern, which will go perfectly with those cognac booties from fall and winter! And how cute are those new dachshund socks?!

Here is another adorable sweater with the simple ruffle sleeves under the shoulder. I honestly can’t decide which color to order! I think I may go with the lavender coloring. I have a fuchsia colored sweater similar to this already in my closet. However, I love the olive coloring also! What’s your favorite?

I’m fairly certain this is the same skirt I have from last year, but in a striped yellow pattern? Or similar anyway. This skirt already has 12 FIVE star reviews(!) from earlier this year, so I’m thinking the same skirt was released in a different color. Assuming it is the same skirt, I do love mine from last summer! And I hope the sneaker/skirt trend go right into summer, because I’m still here for it! This cute striped heart sweater is also a new arrival from JCF in their traditional Teddie sweater!

I also have a different print of this same top from last year – it gives me all the Lilly Pulitzer feels! But perhaps without the bight coloring… or heck, maybe Vera Bradley, but they are from my home town, so somehow it makes that ok also. 🙂 Either way, super cute top! Great transitional piece and easy to throw a cardigan over top also since it’s only going to get colder from here til March!
