New at J.Crew
Hi friends! Today I wanted to share a few new arrivals from our beloved J.Crew! While I mostly shop at J.Crew Factory since they are more affordable, the ‘closet staples’ if you will, come from the real J.Crew! These are the items you keep your closet for years to come and never go out of style. They recently released a ton of new arrivals, and while I love so many of their coats and heavy sweaters… I thought I would keep my outfit semi-Florida (winter) friendly. Which is nearly impossible since our heat index is still 96 degrees! But, it won’t be too terribly long now til we actually have to turn our heat on and our mornings are cold, and days are cool. Which means layering is key!
flannel shirt – This is definitely a J.Crew classic. They always have the best flannel shirts for layering, that hold up in the wash, and in classic colors. I have this same shirt from a few years back in a ivory/royal blue color and want to add this navy blue color to my closet. Factory version here.
plaid scarf – I love the colors in this scarf! It also come in a ‘berry’ color which is pretty as well!
cute earrings – Pearls are pretty to wear anytime of year, but I love how they can dress up a somewhat ‘boyish’ and casual outfit to make it more feminine.
quilted vest – Another J.Crew classic. I have 10 of these vests in my closet and have such a hard time letting them go to make room for the new colors! They are perfect for layering. We don’t really wear coats in Florida, so this is the ultimate ‘coat’ for us lol! Check out the color options ~ they have a pretty lavender and coral color also! Factory version here.
skinny jeans – The J.Crew toothpick jean. Enough said.
camp socks – These are the only socks I wear with booties in the winter!
fuzzy boots – These are a splurge, and better suited for an area that gets snow in the winter, but very popular this season! See a more affordable option here.
