Flatlay: Doggie Love Sweatshirt
Well hi guys! Happy Wednesday! I hope you are faring well no matter what part of the country you live in. The literal frozen darkness that has befallen Texas breaks my heart. I follow quite a few bloggers out of the Dallas/Houston area and can’t imagine hunkering down in a tent inside your own home trying to stay warm! I worry for the animals. The children. The elderly. I was so happy to see their weather forecast looks a tiny bit warmer each day moving forward.
*moving update: If you’re following our house journey and moving to Tampa, things are progressing! We had an appraisal and inspection last week on our home in Venice. All are good so the paperwork is in process for the closing! Our Venice home is expected to close sometime mid-March. Then we will have 45 days of leaseback in the home and *hopefully* will close on the Tampa home before that 45 days is up (otherwise we are homeless! Eek!). So, I probably won’t have a lot more details coming forth for the next few weeks. Just hoping for a smooth transition from one house to the other!
Today’s blog post is sharing this cute sweatshirt my husband bought me for Valentines Day! If you don’t follow blogger @thedailytay on Instagram, you definitely should! She’s part comedian/part blogger/a new momma and also an entrepreneur! She has her own online boutique called The Taylor Wolf Shop and has some pretty cute tees and sweatshirts you won’t see elsewhere! She also has a dog named Harlow, and that right there wanted me to help support her business ha!
Anyway, I couldn’t resist this cute sweatshirt and so happy my husband remembered when I pointed it out awhile back!
*sizing: This sweatshirt runs a little big. The size chart recommends a size medium for sizes 4-6. I generally wear a size small/4 in tops so he ordered a medium for me. At first I thought we needed to exchange for a size small, but once I tucked the sweatshirt in a bit at the bottom and rolled the sleeves, I actually quite liked it styled a little bigger. So I’m keeping the medium. I would say if you are in between sizes, go with your smaller size. Lengthwise, it’s perfect for you tall galls! It’s also very soft and comfy!
