Outfits Lately, Vol. 6
Hi friends! I’ve shared a few posts recently over on Instagram and wanted to do a quick round up below on things that have caught my eye! Life has been busy lately and I’ve transitioned into creating outfits based on things I have either already in my closet or on my wish list. Below you’ll see more digital outfit creations versus mirror posts – those are all based on things on my wish list. Creating outfits in this manner really helps me out to see if I can utilize items already in my closet to complete the outfit or if I also want to add accessories or a pair of shoes to my wish list as well. I’ve really been trying to wait to buy items until they are on sale or clearance, so unfortunately they might not get worn until sold out. So this is the best way to visually share my wish list items here on the blog! 🙂
spring florals:
I have quite a few items from LOFT on my wish list including this pretty floral top! I already own the jeans, mules, and a similar bag, so I wanted to find a few spring pieces to complete the outfit. I love the pretty sage green bracelet and ring pieces (also from LOFT) that really bring the outfit together.

spring stripes + utility jeans:
Another fun LOFT find – this striped sweater! This top is a medium weight, perfect for those in between temps. Wear it now with a dark wash pant and later this spring with white denim.

olive jeans:
I feel like colored denim is having another moment this spring! I sold my olive colored skinnies years ago and when I saw this vintage slim pair pop up in my favorite jean fit at GAP, I scooped them up! Paired here with a spring sweater.

My polo sweater is years old from Target, but I’ll link similar below – I still love this casual, but elevated way to dress up an outfit!

I have this trench coat on my wish list – I love the look for spring! I never had use for a coat like this in Florida, but in Indiana I might wear it year round! 🙂

This look has become my tried and true “casual winter outfit” this year! Now that we live in the midwest again, I’m happy to have jeans cover my ankles on the chilly days, wear socks, and honestly – throw on a coat and I’m completely comfortable!
