Casual Style: Winter Mules
Hi friends! Today I wanted to share a new version of one of my favorite mules! No doubt you probably know I love the Steve Madden mule. I buy 2-3 new pairs usually every winter season. And especially now that I’m WFH, I’m slowly starting to sell my old work flats in order to make room for casual shoes. Mules and sneakers are my go-to in the winter since we live in Florida – I love booties also! – but unfortunately don’t get to wear them as much as I’d like with our warm seasons. Today’s post is a share of my most recent purchase – this beautiful tweed mule.…

Casual Style: Snap Sleeve Thermal
I’ve been all about the thermals lately – they fit my current lifestyle and work with both jeans and pajama pants. Unless they are oversized, I love that they are easy to layer over with a cardigan as well. This new thermal caught my eye and was definitely worth a blog post! The little details make it more than just a thermal for sure! There are 5 different colors to choose from (love the teal and elderberry colors also!). Sizing is somewhat tricky – I sized down per Nordstrom’s recommendation, but could have probably went with my regular size also. Since this top is more stylish than a regular thermal…

LOFT Favorites
Well hi everyone! I hope you all had a good weekend and if you have little kids, enjoyed trick or treating! My husband is working tonight, so I’m home alone – hiding haha! We have 2 rescue/adopted pups who love people once they get to know them, but wouldn’t do well with a constant door bell ringing and kids at our doorstep in costumes. Actually, they might be traumatized by it lol! So, here I sit in the dark, hoping they follow the “lights off” rule. 🙂 I actually decided to be a little blogger-y today and try on some items from LOFT I’m loving lately! I feel like I’m…

Casual Style: Embellished Hoodie
Sharing another little touch of the upcoming holiday season today! I love the embellished detail on this hoodie. You can stay comfy while being a little dressy also! This hoodie comes in 3 colors. I honestly loved all the colors but was drawn to this plum color. I paired it here with leggings, but could also wear with jeans as well. Right now it’s also on sale 40% off! hoodie | leggings | sneakers (mine are old – these have similar vibe)

WFH Style: Jogger Pants
Hi friends! Today starts my new work schedule at home! Meaning… training is over, and I’m a bit terrified, but also excited to take things on myself! I’m hoping to be able to blog a teeny bit more since it’s daylight in the morning now before I go to work and can snap a photo from time to time! I’ve definitely decided I am most proficient and feel my best when I’m dressed for the day. I’m starting this post about 20 minutes before I start work, so not sure this will be published today or tomorrow – but I’m happy to blog when I can. 🙂 I wanted to…

Casual Style: Puff Sleeve Blouse
Hi everyone! I got dressed today! 😉✌🏻I created this outfit in a flatlay awhile back and was so happy our weather dipped a bit finally so I could at least wear jeans! My cute top comes in 3 colorways. Very trendy. Sleeves are the statement, but it’s also a button down and has the cutest fabric buttons. I like it tucked in, but you can easily wear it half-tucked also. I’m wearing my regular size small. Fit is TTS. Oh and best part? Target find! Only $25. Happy weekend friends! top | jeans | mules | bag | bracelet | necklace

Casual Style: Combat Boots
Hi everyone! So, blogging has taken a little bit of a back seat lately. I found out my new schedule at work was going to be later than expected. I’ll be working 10:30-7 pm M-F (originally it was 9-5:30). And honestly, it took me back for a second after I was expecting an earlier shift, but I’m embracing it now. I quite like the idea that I’ll have more time in the mornings. I’m 100% a morning person, and love the fact now that the weather is cooling down we will have time to hike in the mornings, go for runs, bike ride, maybe grab some breakfast, etc. before work.…

Casual Style: Plaid Ruffles
If you’ve been following me for awhile, you definitely know I have a soft spot for plaid in the fall! I literally want all the plaid shirts and have a hard time reeling myself in! I guess maybe part of that is I love a preppy look with a plaid shirt under a sweater or a longer tunic plaid shirt over leggings with sneakers. Maybe that’s the Indiana talking. 🙂 Well, I’m here today to share this cute ruffle plaid top from @LOFT! This one is a shorter length and perfect for a front tuck with high waisted jeans! Whether skinny, straight, bootcut, you name it – it’s a good…

Casual Style: Colorblock Sweater
This classic sweater comes in 3 gorgeous colorblock options. Wear it with jeans or sweatpants, either way it’s so cozy and comfy! I have this same sweater in a bright citron/grey from last year and wore it frequently last winter! So it was a no-brainer to add this years version to my closet. Fit is TTS. sweater | jeans | booties | necklace

Casual Style: Floral Top
Similar to my post a couple days ago, this is another ‘fall in Florida’ top! I do this every year – I get so so excited about fall/winter that I buy all the new fall sweaters…. and then right about now when I should be able to wear said sweaters (if I was up north)…. I realize that is not happening for at least another month lol! So then I get frustrated and decide I better find some suitable Florida-friendly fall finds! So here we are. 🙂 I actually saw this top in store a month or so ago and loved the coloring, but didn’t pick it up (you know,…
